CLASS DESCRIPTION:

Boxing Located in the boxing ring upstairs, bring along your own boxing gloves and get ready to have an awesome workout. Limited to 10 people.

Circut - Full Body Workout With 5 or more exercises performed with a set duration before moving onto the next exercise in sequence. This class allows for maximum workout and minimum choreography. So if it is a workout you are after without the complexity, this class is for you.

F.B. FAT BURNER A cardiovascular workout designed to trim off those unwanted kilos of body fat. A great workout designed to make you sweat, consisting of interval aerobics,"x" minutes of high impact moves followed by "x" minutes of low impact or step.

L.I.  LOW IMPACT An aerobic workout with NO running or jumping, suitable for all fitness levels, great for fat burning. Fantastic for beginners and can be enjoyed by everyone at any fitness level.

MRT - Metabolic Resistance Training 45minutes of intense cardiovascular and strength training class with a cool down and stretch.

T.H.T.  TUMMY HIPS & THIGHS An amazing class designed to target the THT areas with a low-impact cardiovascular component, suitable for beginners and can be enjoyed by people of all fitness levels.

TRI Class Combines the benefit and variety of LAND AEROBICS, STEP AEROBICS and RESISTANCE TRAINING to Sculpt your body. Mega calorie burner.

STEP  Using an adjustable platform, step classes are fantastic for great for overall fitness. A HIGH intensity, LOW impact class designed to burn off excess calories and improve muscle tone.

TAE BOX  A combination of Martial Arts movements in an aerobic class. Great for burning fat and sharpening reflexes, suitable for all levels of fitness.

SCULPT  Offers an aerobic to anaerobic resistance training workout for your whole body using a variety of equipment. This will really get the blood pumping.

SHAPE N TONE Give your body a reason to change; Shape N Tone challenges your core and global muscles to facilitate real body changes. Consisting of 3 distinct components, Cardio, Resistance Training and Core, Shape N Tone will give you a full body and cardio workout resulting in Fat Loss and Body Tone.

PUMP  A resistance challenging class perfect for muscle toning which is suitable for all fitness levels as the weights can be adjusted to suit your level.

PILATES  A system of exercises designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture and enhance mental awareness. This method of physical and mental exercise involves stretches and breathing that focus on strengthening the abdominal core.
